Zenn Estate Main House

Welcome to this stunning 6000 sqft. log house also available is the 3000 sqft. guest house located in a private gated estate. Situated on 10 acres of paradise, you will have your own private lake, two ponds, waterfall, Chinese garden, apple / blueberry / raspberry orchard, salmon stream, bonfire area, canoe, paddle boat, heated outdoor patio, chef's kitchen and the list go on! Come enjoy this truly one of a kind majestic experience at the Zenn Waterfall Estate!!  Rent both the guest house and the Main house for the ultimate group experience. Guest house rented separately. 

We also allow events such as gatherings, receptions, work retreats/ work events, weddings and family reunions with prior approval and fee only. Minimum fee per person attending any of the following events is $100 per person. For any of the events listed the guest will need to provide portable toilet/ sanitary station for every 10 guests, will need to bring own event tent, table and chairs. There will be a refundable event damage deposit (this will be determined after inquiry by guest and amount of guest attending is confirmed with guest). Guest is responsible to remove all rented equipment for the event before check-out of 11 am. Guest is responsible to remove all trash off the property (not in the properties dumpster). Holding an event at the property without prior approval will result in a service fee of $200 per attending guest, additional cleaning fees of $100 per person, $500 fee for inspection of the septic system/ pumping. Please inquire about events before booking.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.
-ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided on Airbnb message thread 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation over 45 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
