The top floor features a 1 bonus room with 2 king beds and tub/ toilet bathroom, also on top floor is the best view king bedroom, all with loads of natural light & incredible views with its many windows and skylights! The basement which is ground level to waterfront back of house has a king bedroom, 3/4 bath & sand room for after a fun day on the beach! Huge 3,500 sq ft house, 8 beds 5 baths! Kitchen and bed on the main, that opens to the living room & the captivating west facing sunsets views of Port Susan Bay & the Olympic Mountains. The primary bedroom has jacuzzi ensuite, private French doors out to a balcony, a big walk-in closet and skylights. 2 more beds & a full bath on this floor. The top floor features a bonus room with games and tv, bathroom, 3 beds, with loads of natural light & incredible views with its many windows and skylights! Lower level has a big bedroom, 3/4 bath & beach front access. Kayaks, paddleboard, fishing, crabbing, beach combing, bird/whale/fish watching is only a few steps away! Relax on the main floor patio and enjoy the sunsets, bbq propane fire pit and large kitchen dinning area. Look forward to your beach house experience!

Home Layout

Four level home

Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage. Up to 2 cars can be parked on the driveway. Any additional vehicles must use street parking, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It will require a couple of stairs to reach the front entry door.

Main level/ entry level

• Living room: Couch and dining room. Wood fireplace (guest is required to bring their own wood supply).
• Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee.
• Bedroom #1: Full bed.
• Bathroom/Half bathroom #1: Sink and toilet in the hallway.
• Hallway: Washer and dryer.
• Deck: Has a fire pit and a BBQ. Fire pit and BBQ are directly attached to the house with propane.

2nd floor

• Bedroom #2: King bed with attached bathroom #2 with tub. Has outdoor deck.
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed.
• Bedroom #4: Queen bed.

Hallway: bathroom #3 with tub.

3rd floor

• Bedroom #5: King bed with a deck.
• Bedroom #6: two king bed with attached bathroom #3 with tub.

Others

• Beach Access:

The home has direct private beach access from the house. It also has a shared fenced access walkway on the side of the home for beach access of neighboring property. Guests may use both access points, but any items in the shared walkway are private and not for guest use.
Please do not block the walkway entrance in the driveway so that the walkway can be accessed at any time. Guests must not touch, sit on, use, or play with any boats on the beach. Thank you.

• The kayak and all water sports are only available during summer season. Life jackets are available for use. Please make sure all watersports are returned to the backyard. Do not leave it in the water.
• Crabbing, fishing and shrimping are allowed. You will need to check for open season and get the correct license.
• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during storm season. Outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.
• Inflatable boat/ dingy is off limits to guest. Please do not touch or use it.

Check in & check out

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

Quiet hours after 10 PM

Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!

The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the policy's applying to parties and events

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
