Main level/ entry level

• Living room: Couch and Tv is smart only (no cable).
• Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee and dining table.
• Bathroom #1: half bathroom with sink and toilet. No shower.

Backyard: Detached game room. The backyard is fully fenced. Propane BBQ. Propane is on an honor system and the guests are responsible to fill it up after each use. The guest is responsible for cleaning the BBQ after use.

2nd floor

Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2nd level.

• Bedroom #1: King bed.
• Bathroom #2: Attached to the master bedroom with a tub/shower and walk in closet.
• Bedroom #2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom #3: Two twin beds.
• Bedroom #4: Full bed.
• Hallway: Bathroom #3 with shower and tub. Washer and Dryer are in the hallway.

Others

• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the policy's applying to parties and events

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation over 30 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations over 30 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
