Parking is available in the driveway. Garage is off limits

• Living room: Two futon sleepers.
• Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee.
• Bedroom #1: Queen bed.
• Hallway: bathroom #1 with no tub. Washer and dryer.

2nd floor

Stairs will be required to get to the 2nd floor.

• Bedroom #2: King bed. Attached bathroom #2 with a tub.
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed. Attached bathroom #3 with a tub.

Backyard: Propane BBQ. Propane is an honor system. Please refill after use.

Others

• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.
• Trash bins are located around the back of the garage in the alley.

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
