• Hallway: bathroom #1 half bathroom (sink and toilet).

Backyard: Propane BBQ. Propane is an honor system. BBQ takes small propane tank and guest are required to bring/refill/ replace after use.

2nd floor

Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2nd level.

• Bedroom #2: King bed.
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed.
• Bathroom #2: Attached between bedroom 2 and 3 and shared. No tub.

Hallway: Washer and dryer. Bathroom #3 with tub.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed.

Bedroom #5: Queen bed.

Bedroom #6: King bed. Attached bathroom #4 with tub.

• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided on Airbnb message thread 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation over 45 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
