Spacious open floor plan studio with amazing sun lit rooms and Richmond beach ocean views. This unit is a great quiet retreat complete with a sauna! Walk to Richmond beach, take a 5 min drive to local distilleries, breweries and great restaurants! The property has a a private picnic area and a koi pond.
The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
