Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2nd level.

• Bedroom #1: King bed.
• Bathroom #2: located in the hallway. Shower with a tub.
• Bedroom #2: King bed.
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed.

Others

• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• Direct beach access from the property.
• Wood fire pit in the backyard and guests are responsible for bringing their own wood. (Check for any state fire ban before use or fines will apply by the fire department).
• Propane BBQ. Note BBQ propane is on an honor system. Please fill it up after use for the next guest. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Beach and bay access within a few blocks of the property. Can drive or walk to the beach access.
• Portable air conditioning located upstairs only in one bedroom.
• Dock space is available with prior notice. Guests will need to reach out to the host prior to arrival for dock availability which is in the back of the property.
• radiant floor heat.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.

Check in & check out

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the policy's applying to parties and events

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
