Beautiful home with perfect access to everything around Seattle! Even though it's close to the highway, it's on a quiet little alley tucked away in the trees with fully fenced-in private yard. Seamless communication with the host. Would absolutely stay in this home again!

Any reservation25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

A great home away from home! I really appreciated their quick response time before and during our stay, complete with detailed and helpful instructions. The modern kitchen is set up well, and beds were very comfortable. It was also nice being surrounded by our own fenced-in yard for my boys to get some out door time to run around while I prepped meals. (Don't get me wrong, they also enjoyed to large tv while relaxing on separate couches in the living room. :)
