Few steps to get inside the property.

Parking is available in the driveway. Garage is off limits

Main level/ entry level

• Living room: Couch, one twin daybed and Tv is smart only (no cable).
• Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee and dining table.
• Bedroom #1: King bed.
• Bathroom #1: Attached to the master bedroom with tub.
• Bedroom #2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed.
• Hallway: bathroom #2 with tub. Washer and dryer.

Two floor mattresses are available in size twin and full located in the closet.

Backyard: Propane BBQ and Fire pit. Propane is on an honor system for BBQ and fire pit and the guests are responsible to fill it up after each use. The guest is responsible for cleaning the BBQ after use.

Beach access: No beach access directly from the property (on a high bank). Guests will need to drive to the beach access points nearby.

• Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.
