- Living room: Two sofa sleepers and smart TV (no cable). Wood fireplace (guest is required to bring supply of wood).
- Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee and dining table.
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed.
- Bathroom #1: Shower with no tub.
- Washer and dryer
2nd floor/ upper level
Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2nd level.
- Bedroom #2: King bed.
- Bathroom #2: Shower with tub. Attached to the master bedroom.
*Ask your host for the lower-level availability before you make your booking. Lower level not included in the original listing. One queen bed is in the common space (Lower unit additional $1500).
Others
- Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
- Charcoal BBQ. Note: Guest is responsible to bring their own supply of charcoal. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use.
- This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
- Portable air conditioning located upstairs only in the living room.
- Dock space is available with prior notice. Guests will need to reach out to the host prior to arrival for dock availability. Fees may apply for dock use.
- Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
- WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
- Garage is off limits.

- The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.
We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.
- ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

House was amazing, very nice view and a clean property.. well come again !!!
This house is absolutely amazing. It’s Beautiful from top to bottom. It’s very nicely decorated while still being very comfortable. It has everything you need to feel right at home. The open floor plan and mid-floor staircase up to the top floor leads your eyes to the beautiful blue water of lake Washington. I found myself staring at the water and smiling so often during the month and a half we stayed here. The sunrise over lake Washington was stunning! The location is amazing. In a very nice neighborhood with a Starbucks and nice small market as well as MANY parks and playgrounds within a five minute drive. Having our own private dock on lake Washington was incredible and the Jacuzzi is AMAZING! It’s huge! And deep! And the waterfall is so beautiful. We throughly enjoyed it. This place is an absolute gem! We will remember our stay here always. And we hope to come back.
You will not be disappointed. Everything about this place from top to bottom is incredible. Book it now.
The view is breathtaking. The house is sparkling clean. You literally just arrive and everything is perfect. If you are traveling with your family and would like extended family to join you this is the place. I think the price is reasonable and the location is the best. It is close to parks and you can even dock your boat if you want to. the hot tub was surely the best part!
