Amazing no bank waterfront! Escape to the Pacific Northwest and stay at this elegant, cozy, studio/ 1bedroom, 1 bathroom on Lake Saint Clair. Enjoy swimming and fishing from the private beach and dock or dine outside on the deck while enjoying the lake views. Explore the area’s many parks, including Mount Rainier State Park, or head into historic downtown Olympia and check out the farmers market. Return home to warm up by the fireplace or cook up a tasty meal in the equipped kitchen. Please do not use the neighbors boats. Everything to the right of water access stairs is private property. Welcome to use the 4 kayaks available at the property in colors green, yellow, blue and red.

Home Layout

Lower unit of the main house.

Parking is available in front of the garage. It will require many stairs to reach the unit located at the bottom near the lake.

Main level

• Living room: One queen bed. Electric fireplace. Heating thermostat is remotely controlled.
• Kitchen: Hot plate, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. No oven, no stove and no dishwasher.
• Bathroom: sink, toilet and shower with no tub.

Others

• The kayaks are only available during summer season. The guest is responsible to return the kayaks to the original place.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Wood fire pit. The guest needs to bring their own wood. No fire on the grass.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
• Garage is off limits.
• This property has multiple stairs to reach the entry.

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the rules and policy's applying to parties and events

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
14 days or over reservations will require additional documents and background check. Please read our house rules or ask about these documents prior to booking.
