• Living room: One futon sleeper and TV is smart only- no cable.
• Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot. Bar stools for dining.
• Bedroom: One queen bed
• Bathroom: Shower with no tub.
• Laundry room located in the bedroom closet.

Others

• The property is a duplex and in the front is the other unit attached. Guest will share the backyard, BBQ and driveway with the unit in the front.
• Parking available in the driveway (right side when facing the property). Do not park in the front or left side when facing the property.
• Shared BBQ: Bring your own charcoal briquettes. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use.
• No garage access.
• Outdoor furniture might be moved in or covered during rain/storm season.
• This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
• Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
• WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.

• The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
