If the office does not receive your signed copy 24 hours prior to arrival there will be an additional check in fee of $100 charged by the building office. The fee will need to be paid before check in. If this property is booked same day and the requirement isn't completed 9 hours prior to check in the $100 check in fee will apply. You will get 1 set of keys. Backup is available at the office for emergency's only

We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.

• ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

14 days or over reservations will require additional documents and background check. Please read our house rules or ask about these documents prior to booking.

All guests are subject to background checks per the building requirements, any fees for the processing of a background check are paid by the guest.
