Easy Freeway Access to Sea tac Airport, Bellevue and Seattle. This community feature includes a picnic table, playground and more. Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2^nd level.

 

-Bedroom #1: King bed.

-Bathroom #2: Shower with no tub.

-bedroom #2: Queen bed.

-Bathroom #3: Shower with a tub.

-Washer and dryer.

 

[3^rd floor/ lower floor]

-Couch.

-Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season.
-Mini split unit air conditioner located in the living room only. The upper and lower levels don’t have an air conditioner unit.
-This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
-Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
-WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.
-Garage is off limits.

-The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.
We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.
-ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
