-Bathroom with no tub located in the hallway. Portable Air conditioner installed in the summer season only in the bedroom.

Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot.
Dining: 4-seater dining table
Living room: Two futons and TV is smart only- no cable. No air conditioner in the living room area.

-Shared charcoal BBQ available on the back of property. Charcoal is not provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing it.

-This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
-Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night.  For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night.  For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
