-Bathroom: Shower with tub.

-Laundry room located in the hallway.

-The property is a duplex and in the back is the other unit attached. Guest will share the backyard, BBQ and driveway with the unit in the back.
-Parking available directly (parallel to the front of the property). Do not park on either side of property (driveway).
-Shared BBQ: Bring your own charcoal briquettes. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use.

-No garage access.

- Outdoor furniture might be moved in or covered during rain/storm season.

 -This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.

-Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.

- WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.

The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night.  For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night.  For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night.
For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
14 days or over reservations will require additional documents and background check. Please read our house rules or ask about these documents prior to booking.
